Encounters, and friendlies! (War Crime Update)

Added a new command "Encounter" to manually look for enemies in a room, with a random chance you will meet an enemy in a hostile zone, you can decide whether you immediately attack him or look at what he will do next, there's a chance that he will not attack you if you choose to do nothing, then they will be added to the room, you can still try to fight them, they either will turn hostile or keep being a friendly, currently there's no command to stop a fight or flee from it, but I'll sure be adding it! (hopefully.) If you kill a friendly nothing will happen, the game will blame you for your crimes. Some people say I'm a monster for adding this feature, or am I?
